Book a site visitStandard lanes are priced instantly by the calculator. For project cargo, dangerous goods or multi-leg routings, a forwarder replies with a firm quote within four business hours.
It is printed on your booking confirmation and bill of lading and has the format CGX-00000-XX. You can also track by container, air waybill or purchase order number once you have a customer login.
Yes. Our licensed brokers file import and export declarations in the EU, UK, US and Singapore and can hold goods in bond at any of our four warehouses.
Carrier liability is limited by international conventions. We recommend all-risk cargo insurance, which you can add to any booking for 0.25% of the insured value.
We are certified for IMDG, IATA DGR and ADR shipments in classes 2–9. Our DG desk checks every declaration before the cargo is accepted.
